Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Wonder customer support, including support.wondersimple.com, the in-phone Customer Support app, the chat widget on wondersimple.com, and our SMS and email support channels (together, the "Support Service"). By contacting us through any of these channels you agree to these Terms.

The Support Service

Wonder is the maker of the Wonder Phone, a kosher flip phone. The Support Service exists to answer questions about Wonder products, help with repairs and returns, recommend authorized dealers, and route you to a Wonder team member when needed. Some replies are generated by an AI assistant trained on Wonder’s own knowledge base; others are written directly by Wonder staff. Either way, the information represents Wonder’s best understanding at the time of the reply and may be updated.

The Support Service is provided free of charge. Standard mobile carrier charges (see the SMS Program section below) and standard internet/data costs still apply.

SMS support program

The following terms apply specifically to messages sent and received over SMS:

Message and data rates may apply. Wonder does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier may charge you per message under your plan.
HELP
Reply HELP to any message from +1 (845) 200-3324 for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 845-200-2323.
STOP
Reply STOP to any message from +1 (845) 200-3324 to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts from Wonder Support. Reply START to re-subscribe.
Opt-in
You opt in to the SMS support program by (a) sending a text message to our support number, or (b) submitting your phone number through the contact form in the Wonder Support chat widget or in-phone app and asking us to follow up by SMS. Mobile numbers collected this way are used only to reply to your support inquiry and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The Support Service is intended for adult Wonder Phone customers. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that you are contacting us about a Wonder product or service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send abusive, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content to Wonder Support.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Support Service, automate fake conversations, or otherwise overload the system.
  • Impersonate another Wonder customer or a Wonder staff member.
  • Use the Support Service for anything other than questions about Wonder products and services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, end a conversation, or block a phone number or email address that violates these rules.

No professional advice; phone repair caveat

Wonder Support gives practical guidance about Wonder products. It is not medical, legal, financial, or rabbinic advice. For matters of kashrus or halacha, please consult your rabbi.

Some suggestions (clearing cache, dialing reset codes, etc.) involve changes to your phone’s settings or installed software. Follow them at your own discretion. If you’re unsure, bring the phone to an authorized Wonder repair dealer or to our Monsey office.

Privacy

Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services we rely on to operate the Support Service.

Disclaimers

The Support Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to answer accurately, but we don’t guarantee that every reply is free of error, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that a specific outcome (repair, return, exchange) will result from a conversation. Decisions about warranties, refunds, and product behavior are governed by the relevant Wonder policies in effect at the time of your purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Support Service, including missed messages, delayed replies, or actions taken based on a support reply. Our total liability for any claim related to the Support Service is limited to the amount you paid Wonder for the product the support inquiry concerns.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rockland County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Support Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
