The Feedback app comes pre-installed on every Wonder Phone model — both the L'Maaseh-approved Wonder Phone and the VAAD Hakehilos-approved Wonder Star. It is the fastest way to send a bug report or feature suggestion directly to the Wonder development team.

What the Feedback App Is For

The Feedback app handles two types of submissions:

  • Issue reports — something on your phone is not working as expected. Submissions go directly to the developers for review.
  • Feature suggestions — an idea or improvement you would like to see in a future update. The team reviews these when planning upcoming releases.

How to Open the App

The Feedback app is available from the home screen on all variants. Navigate to it with the D-pad or tap its icon, then press the center button to open it.

Submitting a Report or Suggestion

Once inside the app, enter a description of the issue or suggestion in the text field and submit. There are no separate forms — one field covers both bug reports and ideas. Be as specific as you can: describing exactly what happened, which app was involved, and any steps that led to the problem helps the development team reproduce and fix the issue faster.

One specific use noted in the known issues list: if you are experiencing inaccurate weather readings, reporting your location and the incorrect reading through the Feedback app helps Wonder prioritize which areas to fix first.

As of update v1.5.8.042, the Feedback app also includes an option to report AI numbers — phone numbers identified as AI-generated callers, in line with the Vaad HaRabanim directive.

Availability Across Variants

The Feedback app is present on all variants:

  • Wonder Phone (L'Maaseh-approved) — Talk+Text and Talk-only models
  • Wonder Star (VAAD Hakehilos-approved) — Talk+Text and Talk-only models

There are no variant-specific limitations on the Feedback app itself.
