If you cannot visit the Monsey office in person, Wonder offers a mail-in repair option. Wonder will send you a prepaid shipping label — there is no shipping cost to you.

How to Request a Mail-In Repair

  1. Email [email protected] or call/text 845-200-2323.
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Your name
    • Your mailing address
    • Your email address
    • Your phone's serial number
    • A clear description of what is wrong (for example: screen, camera, charging)
  3. Wonder will reply with a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Pack your phone securely and ship it using the label provided.
  5. Your phone will be returned to you after the repair is complete.

Providing all of the details above upfront avoids back-and-forth and helps Wonder move your repair forward faster.

How Long a Mail-In Repair Takes

Once Wonder receives your phone, the repair is usually completed the same day and shipped back the same day. End-to-end, the round trip typically averages about one week — a few days for the phone to reach Wonder, the same-day repair, and a few days for the return shipment.

If your phone is time-sensitive, walking in to the Monsey office is the faster path since the repair can often happen on the spot.

Warranty

Every Wonder Phone comes with a 1-year warranty. Hardware issues within the warranty period are repaired at no charge. If the phone cannot be repaired, Wonder will replace it at no charge. If you are unsure whether your phone is still under warranty, reach out anyway — Wonder is flexible about proof of purchase dates.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

After the first year:

  • Battery replacement: A 2850 mAh replacement battery is available for $25.99 — the battery is user-removable, so you may not need to send the phone in at all.
  • Other repairs: Contact Wonder at [email protected] or 845-200-2323 to discuss available options.
