Wonder Phone accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee is deducted from every refund — factor this in before initiating a return.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. On a $399.99 phone, this means approximately $100 is deducted and the refund would be roughly $300. There are no exceptions listed to this fee.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused or in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Return

By mail:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number to request a return authorization.
  2. Wonder will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back using that label.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Wonder does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original through the process above and place a new order at wondersimple.com.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after Wonder receives and inspects the returned item.
