The Wonder Phone's Speed Dial feature supports up to 999 contacts, letting you reach the people you call most with just a few keystrokes. Speed Dial is available on all four Wonder Phone variants — the L'Maaseh-approved Wonder Phone and the VAAD Hakehilos-approved Wonder Star alike.
Setting Up Speed Dial
Speed Dial numbers are assigned through the Call app settings. Open the Call app, navigate to the Speed Dial settings, and assign a number (1 through 999) to any contact in your address book. Because Speed Dial entries are linked directly to your contacts, keeping your Contacts app organized makes the process smoother.
For help adding or editing contacts, see the Contacts: Adding, Editing, and Finding People article.
Using Speed Dial
Once assigned, you can dial a speed dial number directly from the Call app keypad. The phone will match the number to the contact you assigned and place the call.
How Many Contacts Can You Add?
Speed Dial supports up to 999 entries — this capacity was introduced in v1.5.6 and carries forward in all current software versions.
Important: Speed Dial and Storage Resets
If you ever need to clear the Call app's storage to resolve a call quality issue or app glitch (Settings > Apps & notifications > Phone > Storage & cache > Clear storage), be aware that this will erase your saved speed dials. You will need to reassign them afterward.
Keeping Speed Dial Intact
There is no built-in export for speed dial assignments specifically. To avoid losing your setup, note down your speed dial assignments before performing any storage clear on the Phone app.
