Every Wonder Phone comes with a 1-year warranty. If a hardware issue arises during that period, Wonder will repair the phone at no charge. If the phone cannot be repaired, Wonder will replace it at no charge.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers hardware defects and failures. If something goes wrong with your phone's hardware within the first year, you are entitled to a free repair or, if repair is not possible, a free replacement. This applies to all variants: the L'Maaseh-approved Wonder Phone and the Wonder Star.
Cases and Accessories: Lifetime Warranty
The 1-year warranty above covers the Wonder Phone itself. Wonder cases — the Clear Case, the Men's Leather Set, and the Women's Leather Sets — are covered by a separate lifetime warranty. If a case rips, tears, or fails from regular use at any point, Wonder will exchange it for a new one at no charge.
Case exchanges are typically handled in person at the Monsey location (252 Old Nyack Turnpike) — bring the damaged case in and we'll swap it on the spot. If you can't make it to Monsey, mail-in case exchanges are available with approval — contact Wonder support with your name, phone, email, and shipping address to request a prepaid label.

How to Start a Claim

- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone's serial number
- A clear description of what is wrong
Providing these details upfront avoids back-and-forth and helps Wonder move your claim forward faster.
Repair Options
Once you open a claim, Wonder will arrange one of two options:
- Walk-in repair at 252 Old Nyack Turnpike, Monsey, NY — repairs can often be handled on the spot. (Case warranty exchanges are walk-in only.)
- Mail-in repair — Wonder sends a prepaid shipping label; you mail the phone in and it is returned to you after repair. Case warranty exchanges can also be handled by mail with approval — contact Wonder support to request a case shipping label.

Proof of Purchase
Wonder is flexible about proof of purchase dates. If you are unsure exactly when you bought your phone, reach out anyway — the team will work with you.
After the Warranty Period
Once the 1-year warranty has expired:
- Battery replacement: A replacement 2850 mAh battery is available for $25.99.
- Other repairs: Contact Wonder at [email protected] or 845-200-2323 to discuss available options.
(Wonder cases continue under their lifetime warranty regardless of how old the phone is — bring a damaged case in to Monsey any time.)
