No appointment is needed — bring your phone and describe what is wrong.

Mail-In Repair

If you cannot visit in person, Wonder will send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost.

To request one:

  2. Include your name, mailing address, email address, phone serial number, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Wonder will reply with a prepaid label — ship the phone in and it will be returned after repair.

Providing all of the details above upfront avoids back-and-forth and speeds up the process.

Warranty

Every Wonder Phone includes a 1-year warranty. Hardware issues within that period are repaired free of charge — and if the phone cannot be repaired, Wonder will replace it at no charge. If you are unsure whether your phone is still under warranty, reach out anyway; Wonder is flexible about proof of purchase.

After the first year, a replacement battery is available for $25.99. For other out-of-warranty repairs, contact support for options.
