The Wonder Phone supports 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G networks. Any carrier that operates on one of those network generations is compatible with the phone.

This applies to all four Wonder Phone variants — the L'Maaseh-approved Wonder Phone (Talk, Text & Features and Talk & Features) and the VAAD Hakehilos-approved Wonder Star (Talk & Text and Talk Only). The network hardware is identical across all models.
Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi)
Some carriers support Wi-Fi Calling on the Wonder Phone. If you are an H2O Wireless customer and want to set up Wi-Fi Calling, the process requires a one-time configuration step with H2O's customer service:
- Set the IMEI of a compatible smartphone (with bands 2, 4, 17, 30) on your H2O account.
- Call H2O Customer Service and request the Wi-Fi Calling add-on.
- Once they have added it, shut down and restart your Wonder Phone.
- After restarting, the phone should display "vowifi" when connected.
If you are on a different carrier and have questions about Wi-Fi Calling availability, contact your carrier directly or reach out to Wonder support.
If Your SIM Isn't Working
If you've inserted a SIM and you have no service, check the Use SIM toggle:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
- Confirm Use SIM is on.

"Data Usage Warning" Notifications
A data-usage warning notification means you've crossed the default warning threshold of 2 GB of mobile data for the month — it's a heads-up, not a hard cap. You can adjust the warning level (or turn it off) at Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage.
Purchasing or Activating Service
The Wonder Phone is sold unlocked. You can activate it with a compatible carrier of your choice. Authorized Wonder dealers in Monsey, Boro Park, Williamsburg, Monroe, Lakewood, and Montreal can also assist with activation — see the full dealer list at wondersimple.com.
