The Wonder Star — Talk Only is the strictest kosher phone in the Wonder lineup. It is approved by VAAD Hakehilos and is a voice-calls-only device: no texting, no Waze, no Android Auto, no weather. Everything below covers the physical phone — what it is made of, its specs, and how to maintain it.
Physical Design
The Wonder Star Talk Only shares the same hardware as all Wonder Phone models:

- Color: Silver-grey outside, black inside (one color only)
- Screen: 3.5-inch touchscreen with anti-glare coating

What Comes in the Box
Every Wonder Star Talk Only ships with the phone and a charging cable. No additional accessories are included.
Battery
The 2850 mAh battery is user-removable. If your battery no longer holds a charge adequately, a replacement battery is available for $25.99 at wondersimple.com. Replacement batteries are compatible with all Wonder Phone models.
Under the 1-year warranty, hardware issues — including battery defects — are repaired or replaced at no charge.
Camera
The rear camera shoots at 21MP; the front camera is 5MP. Both are built into the flip housing and are not user-serviceable. If either camera is damaged or malfunctioning, contact Wonder support to arrange a warranty repair or assessment.
Protective Cases
Two case options are available:
- Clear case — $19.99 (transparent, shows the phone's silver-grey color through the case)
- Men's Leather Set — $59.99
- Women's Leather Set — $89.99 (available in Rose, Classic Black, Desert Brown, Burgundy, and Jade Green; includes a matching wallet and three interchangeable straps)
All cases are designed specifically for the Wonder Phone form factor and fit the Wonder Star as well.
What Is and Is Not User-Serviceable
The battery is the one component you can replace yourself. All other internal components — screen, cameras, ports, buttons — are not user-serviceable. Attempting to open the phone beyond removing the battery cover may void the warranty.
Warranty and Repairs
Every Wonder Star Talk Only comes with a 1-year no-questions-asked warranty. Hardware defects during that period are repaired or replaced for free. After the first year, battery replacement is $25.99; for other repairs, contact Wonder support for options.
